RedShelf Courseware Instructions

Download Complete Anatomy for FREE on any of the following devices:

  • iPad (Download on the App Store)
  • Mac (Download on the Mac App Store)
  • iPhone (Download on the App Store)
  • Windows (Download it from Microsoft)
  • Android (Get it on Google Play)
  1. Create an account. Open the app and select Get Started. Complete the registration steps.
  2. Open Settings and select My Account.
  3. Enter Redeem Code and select "Redeem".
  4. Start using Complete Anatomy! Your account will automatically be upgraded.

*This app works with iPAD (2017), iPAD PRO, iPAD AIR 2, iPAD AIR & iPAD MINI 4 on iOS 10.3 and later. iPhone 5s and later on iOS 10.3 and later. Mac 10.12 and later. And Windows 10 and later.

Instructions:

The coupon code covers the price of either electronic format of the Weather Studies Textbook and Manual, as well as the RealTime Portal; you will not be charged again. If you prefer a softcover format (print on demand) or both the Online ePub and ePub Download formats, there is an additional charge. This coupon provides a discount of $144 (the Suggested Retail Price of the electronic package).  Two formats are available.  The Online ePub is recommended.  However, if you choose the ePub Download, install the ePub reader first. (See Installing an ePub reader below.) Google Chromebook, Amazon Kindle, and Microsoft Surface are currently not supported by the ePub Download. For these devices, we recommend the Online ePub.

To redeem the coupon:

  1. Go to: edubooks.ametsoc.org/WXPK-20
  2. Select the format on the right of the product page (Online ePub recommended)
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. Enter the coupon code
  5. Click Apply to order then Checkout
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your order

Installing an ePub reader

Accessing the ePub Download requires a free ePub reader and Adobe ID.

*Google Chromebook, Amazon Kindle, and Microsoft Surface are not supported by the ePub Download. For these devices, we recommend the Online ePub.

For a PC or Mac, install Digital Editions

  1. Go to adobe.com/products/digital-editions/download.html
  2. Click either “Macintosh” or “Windows” to download
  3. Run the .dmg or .exe files and follow the prompts
  4. Create an Adobe ID and password
  5. If prompted, click on the Create an Adobe ID link
  6. Otherwise, open Digital Editions, click on the Help tab, and select Authorize Computer

*The eBook Vendor is Adobe ID

For mobile devices

  • iPad or iPhone: Download the BlueFire app
  • Android device: Download the Aldiko app

Carolina Academic Press

  1. Go to http://masteringthebluebook.com
  2. Select "Have an Access Code? Click Here."
  3. Follow the instructions using the access code provided.

Registration Instructions
1.    Go to

Note: If your instructor's course has been configured using LTI Integration (direct access to the course text from your school's Learning Management System, such as Canvas, Blackboard, or D2L), the above steps are not required and your course will not be available for registration on the registration page. Instead, you can proceed directly to your course and enter your Access Code when prompted to unlock the Connect For Education course content. Elsevier eBundle Instructions

Redemption URL - https://evolve.elsevier.com/cs/store?role=student

To redeem an access code, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the access code provided and click the ‘Redeem Now on Evolve' button.
  2. In the section 'Redeem an Access Code or Enter an Evolve Course ID', paste your 12-character access code in the designated area and click ‘Submit'.
      • Please note: If the code is incorrect, an error message will appear.
  3. The Redeem page will appear and will show your access code and the resource it applies to. Click 'Redeem'.
  4. If you are not signed in, you will be prompted to sign in or create a new account.
  5. If you already have an account, please enter your username or email and your password and click 'Sign In'.

If you do not have an account, please enter the information requested and click 'Continue'.

*A popup will indicate the progress.

  1. From the following Confirmation page, click on 'My Evolve' to access your resources right away. You can also view our steps on accessing courses or resources in Evolve. 
  2. After completing these steps, you will have access to your resources from your 'My Evolve' content list.

FA Davis - eBundle instructions

  1. Go to: www.fadavis.com
  2. Click on Log In in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Log in if you have an existing FADAVIS account or Click on CREATE ACCOUNT.  Do not check the box for Instructor Access. 
  4. Fill in data to CREATE AN ACCOUNT
  5. Click on Create Account  
  6. Click on Continue to www.fadavis.com 
  7. In the Redeem Access Code, enter the code and then click on Redeem. It is best to cut and paste the code for accuracy.

If redemption is successful, you will receive a message below. Please Reload Page so the product is added to your My Products list.

After reloading the page, your product (including Access Code and Redemption date) will be the first title under My Products as shown in this example. 

McGraw Hill Education

McGraw Hill Connect Products:

To register for your Connect course, whether it's:

  • Within your Learning Management System (i.e. Blackboard Learn, Moodle, Canvas, Brightspace by D2L)
  • Within the Connect course website provided by your instructor

Check with your instructor to see if your course is linked to an LMS, and then follow the instructions for your course below:

  1. Go to https://www.mheducation.com/highered/support/connect/first-day-of-class.html
  2. Select the integration for your campus system.
  3. Follow the instructions in the student video and guide in Powerpoint form. You will use the access code to complete your registration.

OR, if your course is not linked to an LMS:

Register and enroll for Connect directly on the Connect course web address provided by your instructor

  1. Go to the Connect course web address provided by your instructor
  2. Click on the link to register
  3. When prompted, enter the access code provided as part of your purchase and click "Submit"
  4. Complete the brief registration form that follows online

To register for your SIMnet course, whether it's:

Register and enroll for SIMnet directly on the McGraw Hill website

  1. Your instructor will provide the URL for you to get started
  2. In the New SimNet Student box, click "I have a registration code"
  3. Complete the registration process using your provided Registration Access Code
  4. Once you have completed the registration process, record your username and password in a safe place for future reference. Be sure to bookmark your instructor’s URL for fast, easy access

  2. Redeem your ALEKS access code. You will be prompted to either sign up or select extend an existing account to log in. You will need your 10-digit Class Code provided by your instructor.

Pearson MyLab & Modified Mastering Products:

Use your Pearson access code to register for MyLab or Modified Mastering whether it's:

To register for your instructor's Revel course, whether it's:

Register and enroll for Revel directly on the Pearson Website

  1. Copy the Course Invite Link that your instructor provided. It looks something like this: https://console.pearson.com/enrollment/XXXXXXXX
  2. Enter your Course Invite Link in your web browser. Please use a recommended browser like Google Chrome, FireFox, or Safari.
  3. Select "Redeem under Have an access code?"
  4. If you already have a username and password for another Pearson product (i.e., MyLab Math), go ahead and sign in. If you do not have a Pearson username and password, create a new Pearson account.
  5. Once you're signed in, you'll be asked to enter your access code.

Oxford University Press

For ‘Oxford Insight’ Courseware Products:

*If your instructor has integrated Oxford Insight into your school's Learning Management System (LMS) --Blackboard, Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle, or other.

  1. Log in to your instructor's course within your school's LMS
  2. Click the Oxford Insight link
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your access code when prompted on the payment screen
  4. If your instructor has NOT integrated Oxford Insight into your school's LMS
  5. Visit learn.acrobatiq.com/oxford-insight
  6. Click “Create a new account” and follow the on-screen prompts
  7. On the Your Courses screen, select “Add a Course”
  8. Enter the course key provided by your instructor
  9. Enter your access code when prompted on the payment screen

For ‘Uncovering World History’ Courseware Products:

  1. Visit the course invitation URL provided by your instructor.
  2. If you already have an oup.instructure.com account you will be added to the course automatically; if not, create an account by providing your name and email.
  3. When you click a link to a resource in the course that is access-protected, you will be prompted to register
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Sage Publications

Redemption Instructions
To access Vantage, please click on the 'Access Now On Publisher's Website' link below.
Once there, please follow the prompt listed in the grey box.

  1. New users will first need to register
  2. Existing users will simply need to log in
  3. You will then arrive on your “My Profile” page, where all your active Vantage course-cards reside.
  4. Click on “Enter Course ID” (provided by the instructor)
  5. Then click “Register for Course” and gain access to the course.

Access your course without an LMS:

  2. If you are an existing user, log into your account.
  3. If you are a new user, Click the "Create account" link to create a new account. Enter your name and email address to finish setting up your account.
  4. Click to "Add a course" to the Your Courses page.
  5. Enter the Course key provided
  6. Click on the "Enter access code" link.
  7. Enter the access code printed in this package along with the course key (without any spaces) provided by your instructor.
  8. Click "Submit" and you will be taken to your course homepage

UCertify

  1. Go to: http://www.ucertify.com/start/ or click on the course link on Canvas
  2. Fill in your Name, Email address, Access code
  3. Choose Type 'Instructor Led' and then click on 'Validate'
  4. In the next screen, enter the section key in the box provided on the course image
  5. Then click on 'Enroll' given on the top right-hand corner.

Refer to the relevant course syllabus/outline before entering course details on the registration page. After successfully registering for a course the prompt to enter an access code will appear automatically.

Wolters Kluwer Legal

To redeem your code if you have not yet registered: 

  1. Go to www.casebookconnect.com
  2. Enter your access code in the box provided
  3. Click Register
  4. Follow the steps to complete your registration and verify your email address

If you have previously registered, log in to CasebookConnect.com/login and go to your Bookshelf page to redeem your new access code

XYZ Textbooks

  1. Go to xyztextbooks.com
  2. Click the "students" button.
  3. Click the Redeem a Student Access Code button and enter the Access Code.
  4. Click the Create Account button on the lower left. You will need to remember your email address (username) and password to access the sites.
  5. Click the REGISTER! Button.
