Being Added as a New Guest Account
When a new Follett team member needs to be given access to the Monday Board, send an email to follettprodreq@redshelf.com including their full name and Follett email address to let us know. If a team member needs to be removed from the board, follow the same procedure.
You will receive an email invitation to the Product Request Dashboard Monday Boards.
Click “Accept Invitation”
You will be asked to set up your Guest Account in RedShelf’s Monday instance.
Enter your name and make a new guest account password. Click “Continue”
Click “Continue” - The current role is irrelevant.
Click “Continue” - The department is irrelevant.
If you already have a guest account you will receive a [You’re subscribed] email:
Click “View Board”
Switch between boards by clicking their names on the left side of the screen
