Using Monday.com Board

Status Information
- Queue: This request has been received and our team will begin working on it as soon as possible

Publisher Input Needed: This request is currently being reviewed by a team member, and we are working with the appropriate parties to complete it
- Publisher Approval Needed: The publisher has been contacted for approval to use this title in the requested program (common for most Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. requests as well as products that are listed as "removed from sale.")
- Waiting on Publisher for Product: RedShelf does not have the requested product and has contacted the Publisher to have it delivered to our catalog
- Waiting on Publisher for Pricing: The publisher has been contacted for confirmation of the pricing that should be offered for this request
- Fulfill: Pricing is ready to be fulfilled for this request
- Follow Up: We have not received a response from the publisher and will be contacting them for an update
- Add to Tracker: This request will be added to our shared tracker with the publisher to confirm pricing
- Pub Team Review: This request is being reviewed by RedShelf’s Publisher Relations team
- Check CRM: Our team will refer to Pearson’s CRM for pricing confirmation
- Bug Ticket: A tech issue is preventing this request from being completed, and it is being reviewed by the appropriate team
- Fulfilled: This request has been completed by the RedShelf team, and you can find our notes under the Updates (speech bubble) section

Rejected: This request has been rejected, and we will leave notes on the dashboard as to why. One of the following statuses will be included in the rejection email:
- No Record of Custom Pricing: The publisher does not have a record of this special pricing request
- Custom Pricing Not Supported for this Publisher: This publisher does not support Store Specific Point of Sale pricing
- Product Type Not Delivered by Publisher: The Publisher does not deliver the requested product type (Ebook or Courseware) through RedShelf
- Not Delivered Through RedShelf: The publisher does not deliver this product through RedShelf
- Not Published: Per the publisher, this title is not yet published. Please request again after the publication date.
- Out Of Print: This title has been withdrawn from sale by the publisher
- Publisher Unresponsive: The publisher was unresponsive to our outreach attempts
- Denied by Publisher: RedShelf has reached out to the publisher for approval but the publisher denied this request
- No Digital Version Available: RedShelf has contacted the Publisher and they have confirmed that there is no digital version of the requested product
- Publisher is not a current RS partner: RedShelf is not currently working with the requested publisher. Please submit a New Publisher Partner Request through this form: https://forms.monday.com/forms/605a705c661f71ec4663e67ee1611dad?r=use1
- Invalid ISBN or Information submitted is incomplete: Not enough information was given to fulfill this request
- Duplicate Request: This request has already been submitted and is currently being worked on or completed
- Submitted by a Non-Follett email address: We can only fulfill requests submitted by Follett emails
- Canceled by Follett: If a request is made in error or no longer needed and Follett communicates this to us the request should be moved to the Canceled group
- Once a request has been completed, you will receive an email notification. This notification will include detailed information regarding whether your request was fulfilled or rejected. Please note, this notification will be delivered from a no reply email address, of which the inbox will not be monitored. Any questions regarding the request should be directed to our support team at follettescalations@redshelf.com, where a ticket will be created.
Exporting Data from the Monday Board
If you are looking for a subset of data from the Monday Board that meets a certain criteria, you can export the board to Excel, and then create your own personalized filter. To export data from the Monday Board:
- Ensure you on are the Main Table of the board
- Navigate to the ellipsis on the top right corner of the board, hover over More actions, and select Export board to Excel
- Select your preferred options, and hit Export
