This site, Brytewave Solve, has a student-oriented section addressing general student issues. It includes a walk-through and tutorial videos about the Brytewave reader powered by RedShelf!
Any usability/access issues that aren't fixed by Brytewave Solve can be sent to Follett and RedShelf's Customer Experience team via this request form.
Your school's bookstore handles provisioning access, billing, pricing, and enrollment for your ACCESS program. They'll be best able to answer any questions about those aspects of the program.
