Professors don't know everything... almost everything, yes, but not quite. So where do you send your students when you don't have all the answers to their Equitable or Inclusive Access and RedShelf-related questions?
-
This site, Brytewave Solve, has a student-oriented section addressing general student issues. It includes a walk-through and tutorial videos about the Brytewave reader powered by RedShelf!
-
Any usability/access issues that aren't fixed by Brytewave Solve can be sent to Follett and RedShelf's Customer Experience team via this request form.
-
Your school's bookstore handles provisioning access, billing, pricing, and enrollment for your Equitable or Inclusive Access program. They'll be best able to answer any questions about those aspects of the program.
Anything not covered by the above? Let us know in the comments and we'll add it ASAP!

Hello, I can’t access the support ticket request form and one of the links on this page is broken. I’ve purchased access to a textbook but I cannot access it; the book remains on the “Loading” screen and never loads. Please advise.
I also cannot access the textbook that I purchased. I've had no issues accessing the book prior to today with this device. It also gets stuck on "Loading" on my end.
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated!
