There are two main ways:
- Access Code: If you provisioned an access code it would be located on the student's receipt. It is a 16-digit code with capital letters and numbers (alphanumeric) and would be redeemed on Brytewave.redshelf.com (see instructions)
- Auto-Provisioned: If students were provisioned access automatically they would receive an email address with their username (email address most likely a campus email address). If they are a new user they would also receive a temporary password. If students forget their password word or didn’t receive one they can reset their password.
