Both instructors as well as students will receive emails from BryteWave <donotreply@redshelf.com>, notifying them of BryteWave eBook title access being auto-provisioned to their .edu email accounts as part of a Follett Equitable or Inclusive Access program. The emails may differ slightly depending on whether the individual has an existing BryteWave account associated with their .edu email. Examples of these emails and troubleshooting information linked below.
IMPORTANT! BryteWave titles are provisioned to the student/instructor email associated to them in the campus SIS (Banner, PeopleSoft, Datatel, etc), and sent by the campus to Follett. For campuses with SAM flat-file configurations, instructors will not be provisioned with BryteWave title access unless instructors are included in the file.
