Follett campus store personnel are ultimately responsible for ensuring the necessary Follett ACCESS program setup is completed, to ensure ByteWave eBook materials are provisioned to instructors prior to class start. Instructors are typically provisioned with eBook access 2-4 weeks prior to class start. Instructors should contact Follett campus store personnel if they believe they have not been provisioned with eBook access prior to class start.
For campuses that have already integrated the BryteWave RedShelf LTI tool into their LMS (Blackboard, D2L, Canvas, Moodle, or Sakai), either the instructor or LMS administrator would be responsible for adding the BryteWave tool to their course in the LMS. The tool creates a direct single sign on link into user’s BryteWave shelf to view provisioned eBooks.
