When are instructors provisioned BryteWave eBook title access, as part of a Follett Equitable or Inclusive Access program?

Orders to provision instructors with RedShelf BryteWave eBook title access can be generated up to 45 days prior to the order release date for a particular term, set by the bookstore, agreed upon with the campus. There are several factors that impact the exact date in which instructors will be provisioned with BryteWave materials. In most cases this occurs approximately one month prior to the term’s class start date, and prior to students being granted access.

IMPORTANT! This is dependent on Follett’s SAM application receiving instructor data via ConnectOnce, or included in a flat file from the campus SIS (Banner, PeopleSoft, Datatel, etc). Some campuses do not include instructors on SAM files sent to Follett, if this is the case instructors with not be provisioned BryteWave eBook title access.
