Access for International Students with Restricted Travel due to COVID-19

If international students remain in their home country due to COVID travel restrictions, how will their digital purchase and access be impacted?

RedShelf is actively working with our publisher partners to ensure international students enrolled at US-based institutions can purchase their required materials from RedShelf. We anticipate that purchases made through redshelf.com will be restricted due to publisher distribution rights, so we recommend having international students purchase through the campus bookstore (point-of-sale or eCommerce website) or through FollettACCESS.

Access:
RedShelf will not block access to purchased content for international students who are actively enrolled at a US-based institution and who purchase their digital materials through FollettACCESS or through the campus store (point-of-sale or eCommerce website).

Note: Changing regulations may restrict RedShelf's ability to provide access to international students.
