Welcome to the new Product request form. The form has been updated to help ensure that you gain the content and pricing your store and professors need.
Let's dive in!
You have your list of items that have been adopted this term. You are now ready to request that RedShelf supply the adopted textbook and the specific pricing that should be applied.
First, log into to Partner Dashboard (Helpful guide: How does a Follett Store log into RedShelf?)
Then select your name or store number in the right-hand corner. In the drop-down, you will see the option to select "Product Requests." Select this option.
Please note: we are in the process of updating our site. Within this update, we will be removing the other options in the dropdown (My Catalog, My Sales, etc.). Please do not select those options.
Once you have selected "Product Requests," you will navigate to the Product Request list view. Here you can view all of your existing requests and create a new request.
To create a new product request, select "Create Product Request." You will now be able to view the Product Request form.
The first section of the form is focused on selected the content you wish to adopt.
Start by searching the RedShelf catalog for the product you wish to adopt.
You can search by the title, ISBN, or author of the product. Both eBooks and Courseware can be selected within this search bar.
Once you have found the product you are searching for, select "Select Product." You have now confirmed the product you wish to adopt. Now, the RedShelf team can work with the publisher to apply custom pricing to the product selected.
If you cannot find the product you wish to adopt via the search bar, please select "Request Custom Product." A form will appear with the following fields:
- Product Type
- Publisher
- ISBN
- Title
- Edition
- Author
Please fill in all of the details above so that the RedShelf team and the requested publisher can match this request with the correct content. Once you fill in the details and select "Request Custom Product," the new product request will be associated with your request.
