How do we get the RS LMS installation completed?

The Follett store manager will follow the established process to submit a request to install the RedShelf tool via our LMS Installation Request form. If you need RedShelf installed at a Follett campus, please contact the bookstore and ensure this process is completed.

Who ensures the RS link is loaded in the LMS?

This detail will need to be confirmed by the Follett bookstore manager. Each campus has the option of having the link added by the LMS administrator or by the professor. Instructions for adding the tool after the LMS integration has been completed can be found here. If the professor is being promoted for the key and secret they should reach out to the LMS administrator for more details. 

Professor says students don't have the book, what do I do now?

The Follett bookstore manager will need to confirm that the title has been provisioned properly. 

Who provides the opt-out?

Through Follett Equitable or Inclusive Access programs, the opt-out is provided by the Follett platform and can be confirmed by the Follett bookstore manager.
