Who is my RedShelf representative?
RedShelf does not support Follett campus partners directly. The Follett bookstore manager will coordinate with the Follet home office or Follett ACCESS team to confirm workflows and escalations pathways.
Who is responsible for granting access to content?
The Bookstore. RedShelf is responsible for ensuring the content is delivered to the Follett system so the store can provision access to students. Store contacts will be responsible for escalating issues through the Follett support team as all provisioning of content is controlled by Follett.
What is Partner Dashboard?
Partner Dashboard allows publishers to have the ability to manage and build out their catalog through RedShelf. It's also where Follett bookstore managers can enter their requests for specific titles. More details about Partner Dashboard can be found here.
