Best Practices to avoid rejected requests

Product requests are submitted through Monday.com when a Follett store or Follett representative has an
adoption that needs to be fulfilled.  Below are a few things to keep in mind when submitting one
of these requests.

List of Publishers not Supported by Follett – Requests submitted for these products will
be denied:

• Penguin Random House
• Simon & Schuster
• West Academic
• Packback
• Macmillan Trade

Follett does not deliver courseware for the following publishers. Any requests for these
courseware items will be denied:

• Macmillan
• Wiley
• Cengage
• W.W. Norton & Company (no IA Courseware, only SS)
• Jones and Bartlett Learning
• Knewton

The following publishers do not support Store Specific Point of Sale (MTC_SS) pricing. All requests
made for these products should be for IA pricing:

• Human Kinetics
• Ingram
• Jones and Bartlett Learning
• Kendall Hunt
• Great River Learning
• Springer Nature BV dba Springer Science
• Townsend Press
• Vista Higher Learning

Only the following publishers are approved for fulfillment of Inclusive Access or Store Specific Point of Sale pricing in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Any requests for those pricing types in CAD made for any publisher that is not on this list will be denied.

Additional best practices to keep in mind when submitting product requests:

• Provide an accurate course start date or term – this assures accurate pricing
• Use the publisher's full name rather than submitting shortened versions, i.e. "McG" or "Mac" 
• Before submitting an EA request, please ensure this was not previously requested by Home Base
• Pearson Plus products are not eligible for IA pricing, and these requests will be rejected
