What publishers is RedShelf not supporting for Follett?

All Penguin Random House titles and imprints. If the store needs digital titles they must submit a purchase order by sending the request to [e-mail].

RedShelf is not currently supporting courseware distribution for the below publishers. Please download & execute the Content Request Form and Submit on the Follett ACCESS Portal > Course Materials /CRF > Submit Content Request Form.

What do I do if the publisher isn’t available in the dropdown? 

If the publisher you are trying to submit is not available, we can begin working on establishing a relationship post-rush. Send the publisher name, contact information, website, and title needed to [e-mail] who will partner with RedShelf to get this vendor set up.

Who do I contact for help if I’m experiencing log in issues?

What do I tell my publisher rep if they ask how they provide RedShelf their pricing or title information?

If publisher representatives have questions regarding their company’s workflow for confirming Follett Access adoptions, please direct them to the points of contact below. Follett stores should not contact the below individuals.

What are some of the reasons a product will be flagged as unfulfilled?

Scenario: The duration is different then the "Publisher Recommended Duration" 

 A number of publishers only supply certain durations for their eBook delivery. Prior to submitting a request confirm if there is a Publisher Recommended duration. If your publisher is on this list we recommend requesting this duration.
